DFP Notice of Intention to Publish Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate Data

In response to a request made under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, the Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP) will be releasing approximately 19,000 records comprised of data from Display Energy Certificates and non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates belonging to non-domestic buildings in Northern Ireland.

In the spirit of processing data fairly, the Department is giving holders of non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates the opportunity to decide whether to opt out before the records are due to be released around February/March 2015. Holders of non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates may opt out by visiting https://www.epcregister.com/opt-out/oo/ by Wednesday 11 February 2015.

20th Annual Fire Safety Conference

We are now taking bookings for the 20th annual N.I. Fire Safety Conference. This annual event brings together delegates from a range of backgrounds, including Fire and Rescue Services, Building Control, Entertainment Licensing, Universities, Consultants and International Service Providers interested in Fire Safety Research and Best Practice.

This year’s event will be held in the Killyhevlin Hotel, Enniskillen on the 19th and 20th February 2015.
